We take individual care of each of your machine washable laundry items – clothing, delicates, linens, blankets, comforters – you name it! Whites, colors, and delicates are separately washed and returned to you fresh, clean and neatly folded and hung on hangers.

When you schedule your first pickup, we’ll ask for your laundry preferences so that your laundry is done the way you like it. We use premium scented or unscented soaps (your choice), fabric softener (or not!), and handle your clothing and washables gently to keep them looking their best.

There’s no need to sort your wash & fold laundry items in advance – we’ll do that for you*. For your first pickup:

  2. Place your laundry in plastic trash bags or pillow cases and put them on your door step (or in another place that you tell us).

There’s no need to be at home for pickups or deliveries. We’ll return your wash & fold laundry in our heavy-weight Bolt Laundry Service bags that you can use for your future pickups.

Absolutely! We offer custom laundry preferences. Delicate wash, hand washing, and gentle care are included with our standard wash and fold laundry service. You can also specify preferences such as cold wash, gentle cycle, low heat drying, and fragrance-free and hypoallergenic detergents. Our laundry experts will make sure your laundry receives the best possible care and attention. Just let us know your laundry preferences in your Bolt Laundry profile and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

We typically deliver your clean laundry the next business day after pickup, between 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
In some areas where we do not operate on weekends, delivery will occur on the next available business day.

For larger orders, please allow extra time:

  • Over 40 lbs: May require 2 business days

  • Over 100 lbs: May require 3 business days

  • Over 150 lbs: May require up to 4 business days

Dry Cleaning orders typically take 4–7 business days, depending on the items collected.

You’ll receive delivery notifications by text or email once your order is out for delivery.
